XKCD Plots have Landed in Matplotlib!

After applying the fixes, the tutorial runs successfully. The original code failed because matplotlib 3.11.2 removed the `projection` keyword from `Figure.gca()` and used an incorrect NumPy random function, and because the IPython package was missing; the repairs switched to `Figure.add_subplot(projection='3d')`, replaced `np.random.random` with `np.random.rand`, and added IPython to the environment.
